*It's best to receive one therapy at a time so you're able to tell how much it's helping.Do not choose more than 2 therapies. - If unsure of which therapies to select, REFER TO PAIN AND WELLNESS GROUP ONLY: a treatment plan including therapy selection will be created there with the patient. - Patient will receive a letter in the mail or phone call to notify them of the appointment.

Mindfulness & Movement Group - *New, NO REFERRAL NEEDED Weekly, drop in sessions with meditation and gentle movement such as yoga and Tai Chi - to improve stress resilience and reduce pain. Improves flexibility, balance, strength, body-awareness and overall health. Great for chronic stress, chronic pain, mild to moderate anxiety and depression.
